What does a treatment session involve?
Dr. Rachel, PT, DPT offers a patient-centered approach to physical therapy treatments. She is dedicated to combining traditional physical therapy techniques with innovative, evidence-based methods to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. Rachel utilizes movement evaluations, manual therapies, myofascial release, cupping, craniosacral therapy, and tailored exercise programs to provide specialized treatments for her patients. She believes in working with her patients to connect with their bodies in order to achieve lasting health and mobility.

Schedule your first appointment using the Jane App
The initial evaluation will take 75 minutes.
At this visit, we will discuss your medical history and reason for coming in. This will include a physical examination. Please wear flexible clothing that allows for easy movement.
Follow up visits will be 55 minutes.
Complete New Patient Forms
After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a New Patient Intake Form via email.
Please complete no later than 24 hours before your appointment time.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to cancel or change appointments.
A $75 charge will apply to any changed appointments with less than 24 hours notice, as this usually means we are not able to full the spot last minute. No shows will be charged for the full cost of the visit.
