What does a treatment session involve?

Dr. Rachel, PT, DPT offers a patient-centered approach to physical therapy treatments. She is dedicated to combining traditional physical therapy techniques with innovative, evidence-based methods to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs. Rachel utilizes movement evaluations, manual therapies, myofascial release, cupping, craniosacral therapy, and tailored exercise programs to provide specialized treatments for her patients. She believes in working with her patients to connect with their bodies in order to achieve lasting health and mobility.

Schedule your first appointment using the Jane App

The initial evaluation will take 75 minutes.

At this visit, we will discuss your medical history and reason for coming in. This will include a physical examination. Please wear flexible clothing that allows for easy movement.

Follow up visits will be 55 - 60 minutes.  

Complete New Patient Forms

After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a New Patient Intake Form via email.

Please complete no later than 24 hours before your appointment time.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole the schedule that could have been filled by another patient.

I kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations via email, text, or phone call.

Last minute cancellations unless due to illness or an emergency will be a $100 charge. No show, no call will be a $150 charge.
